Programmed Maintenance
This tab is designed to display alerts for those who have configured their Programmed Maintenance (refer to section Programmed Maintenance Configuration for more information).
A separate tab is accessible for each Asset Category to view any recommended maintenance to take place on particular assets, depending on the Programmed Maintenance settings.
It is important to note that the information provided in the Programmed Maintenance tab are for notification purposes only.
If there are listings here under any of the asset categories, you will need to address them and assess whether the maintenance should go ahead.
By checking the appropriate box under the Action field, you can then be prompted to create and schedule a Work Ticket for the maintenance activities you choose to authorise.
